This pile of laundry is still waiting to be folded. If anyone sees the laundry elf around, send him my way- PLEASE!

Thomas fell today and hit his head on a step-stool. This picture does not do justice to the huge goose egg that is on the exact middle of his forhead. It will be a lovely bruise- to match the other one (on the left). The swelling has gone down alot since this morning- poor guy.

We are having an open house this weekend, so I have alot to get picked up and cleaned before Saturday. We have plans to go to mountains Sunday, stay the night, and look for a place to live on Monday- but the road getting there is closed today. They recommend not traveling that way. So, we'll see what happens. It was a sunny day here today, the snow was melting and water was running. Birds were singing. I forced myself to NOT think about spring- because there is a LOT of snow where we will be going. We may not see the dirt and grass until May!!
I better get busy- I have several things to accomplish before going to bed- besides the laundry. Seriously- where is that elf!

It's good to know I'm not the only one who has a laundry pile that big to fold! I'm thinking of just having a "laundry couch" and never putting anything away. Just leave it there and pick through it when you want something. Seriously thinking about it.
Congratulations on your big move by the way! It sounds like a really good opportunity for you guys. You'll have to fill me in on the details when you get your laundry done:) paanlar@msn.com
Ok, I am sooooo out of the loop! What's the story? My heart is sad. You will be missed.
I could have taken that picture of the laundry; mine is on the bench in our bedroom :).

I wish I could somehow send the mother-in-law elf to come and help you fold clothes--pack--babysit--whatever! I know the Lord is going to be blessing you all along the way in this new adventure!
