The "blankie monsters" took over the house this evening
Chad got home yesterday evening. He was tired, and bruised from playing paintball. He had a good time, and was able to get more acquainted with some guys from church. We were all glad to see him. Tonight the kids had so much fun playing with him, while I got the dishes done and kitchen cleaned up AND he fixed my vacuum. I got to clean my floors for the first time in nearly 3 weeks! I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed that it was not beyond repair- I had already started dreaming about buying a new one! He's a very useful man.
I am planning to run tomorrow, after a week off, due to foot pain issues. I hope it holds out for me. I have missed running this past week. It is something that gets into your blood.

Amanda, I need to get all your great play ideas. You are amazingly creative. I have a few more months, though. Austin doesn't quite have the hand-eye coordination for crafts, yet. But, he is sitting up now! Yeah.
I MISS YOU. I wish I could live in the mountains with you. Oh the fun we'd have.
