This Thanksgiving was the most informal one we have ever had. Chad's siblings and their families were here- We ate white chili and pork tacos on Thanksgiving- and then had a traditional Thanksgiving lunch on Friday. I am thankful for a group of people who are flexible and easy to please. Makes for a much more enjoyable time- especially with all the kiddos! I love these people.

PERU UPDATE
We are moving to Meridian in 2 weeks. We have a place to stay rent free (beginning in January) and more potential for work in the Treasure Valley. It feels too soon to be leaving here, but this is the direction that God seems to be taking us.
We had our first church presentation at our church last Sunday. It went well and we have awesome support here.
On Saturday we fly to Colorado to spend a few days there. We will present at a church and visit family and friends. The following weekend, my parents are coming to help us get moved. We will spend Christmas with them in Wenatchee.
The next few weeks are busy and are going to feel nothing like the weeks before Christmas are suppose to feel like. I miss decorating the house and settling in for the holidays. Instead I am still sorting and packing things up. God is good and continues to provide what we need, and more.
A few prayer requests/needs:
1. Chad needs work after we move. I will be able to work right away, but Chad is still trying to find something-
2. Pray for our kids as we help them deal with all the changes coming up in the next few weeks.
5. Pray for Chad and I as we continue to raise support. It is not comfortable for us, but something that has to be done. Pray for us to be bold and to remember this is part of what God has asked us to do.
4. We need a home for our kitties. It is nothing major, but it's something that needs to happen.
Thank-you for praying with us!
Chad and I are going on a movie/pizza date tonight with Jade and Trish. I am really excited- having something fun planned for the evening helps me stay motivated and on track during the day-
