Day 5

Chad spent the morning getting caught up with all the accounting.  He is managing 4 pots of money right now.   Just saying that stresses me out!  Denise, who used to be the accountant for Extreme, is here with the short term group and helped him get caught up today.  He spent the afternoon working out at the construction sight.

at the foam blocks they are using.

These foam blocks are filled with cement, then covered in stucco.  

Filling out flyers and posters for two events this week-

This is the pumpkin we use to make the bread.  We made 21 loaves of pumpkin bread today.  I also did a batch of banana bread to test out the recipe in this altitude.  It turned out great!

Becky and Skeeter helped with baking today. It is so fun to get to know people and hear their stories.
