Moved

We had a very successful moving day last Saturday.  About half of our team was able to help us move our things to our apartment, which is about 2 blocks away from where we were staying.  After we got moved in, Vilma and Julio took us to buy furniture!  We came home fully furnished- including a bunk bed for the kids.  Again, what amazing help they were!  They did all the talking for us and made sure we got the best prices.  We left thinking we would try to get leather furniture(to cut down on dirt/dust issues), and a table with simple wood chairs.  We ended up going with fabric furniture(we couldn't justify the extra cost for leather, plus I can buy a vacuum) and fully cushioned dining room chairs.  We could not find simple wood chairs!  The print is interesting, but they are really comfortable.  We still have some re-arranging, and cleaning to do- but we are here.  I did five loads of laundry yesterday in my new washer, which was so wonderful!  The kids are loving all the space for playing, and run from the front of the house, through the long curvy hall, to their bedroom probably 300 times a day.  It is relatively quite, and there are NO roosters waking us at 4am!
