Springtime

This was two afternoons ago. (Yes, Ella still naps in her pajamas- and yes sometimes they stay on until bedtime...) Today it has been snowing on and off all day, and seems to be picking up this evening. I have decided that spring is my least favorite season. So much anticipation of warm weather- and the slush and mud and wetness is just obnoxious and a MESS. Oh well- the kids love the wet and mud- and it is great when they can get back outside without having 10 layers on!

We are waiting for Dan and Sarah to arrive this evening, great friends from our past(ha!). I am excited to have them here for the weekend and to help Dan celebrate a birthday. Even if it snows all weekend, we will have fun!
