Have you had trouble with lights being left on at your house? We have! This has proven to be a step in the right direction for our family. In trying to figure out a way to motive the kids without involving money or the computer, we came up with this. It has been fun and costs nothing! I put one by each "problem" light.
Each time the light gets turned off the kids take a ticket and give it to Chad or me for a bear hug and kiss. They still forget the lights sometimes, but it has improved. What more can you ask for, right? I have even redeemed a ticket a few times myself. Maybe it could work for you too-
