Changing scenery

When we moved in our landlord told us that she was going to have some trees removed in the spring. Well, they came today to do that. Almost ALL of the trees in the back are gone. Maybe they are taking more after lunch! There are still several standing at the edges of the yard, not seen in this picture. At least we have no backyard neighbors- and this awesome community area behind us! It is such a great view! The house was bright before- now, without the shade from all the trees, it will be really bright! (Mom-They took the bird feeder down before they started. we will find a new place for it!)

This is what happened after the lunch break! This is the view from my computer- out our bedroom window- The tree landed on the sidwalk, right next to the house! I wonder if we will get hate mail from neighbors, for being tree killer- hopefully they all know this is a rental!
